1. Introduction

Any disputes arising from or related to the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 9.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
